About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Intern QA Engineer to join our QA team. This role offers hands-on experience in software testing, quality assurance processes, and real-world application testing. You will work closely with developers and product teams to ensure software quality by identifying bugs, writing test cases, and improving system reliability. This is an ideal opportunity for students or fresh graduates interested in software testing and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology
  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts
  • Knowledge of manual testing techniques
  • Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Basic knowledge of web applications and APIs
  • Understanding of bug tracking tools (Jira, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Willingness to learn QA tools and practices

Responsibilities

  • Assist in manual testing of web and mobile applications
  • Write and execute test cases
  • Identify, report, and track bugs
  • Work with developers to resolve issues
  • Perform regression testing
  • Document test results and findings
